In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the rjs88 platform in any capacity — including browsing the site as a guest, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with rjs88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the rjs88 platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

rjs88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility are void and non-withdrawable.

To access rjs88's paid services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify rjs88 promptly of any changes via the account settings or by contacting support.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on rjs88 at any time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. rjs88 will treat any activity conducted through your account as activity authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rjs88 support immediately via live chat.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not use the same password for rjs88 as you use for email, banking, or other financial services.
• Enable two-factor SMS authentication where available for additional account protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

rjs88 will never contact you to request your account password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any such communication should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our support team immediately.

rjs88 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) in compliance with international anti-money laundering and player protection standards. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Upon requesting any single withdrawal above a specified amount.

Documents must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the KYC request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required period may result in withdrawal holds, account restriction, or account closure. rjs88 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to complete KYC verification promptly.

All financial transactions on rjs88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rjs88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your rjs88 account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt by rjs88's payment processing system. rjs88 does not charge any fee for deposits. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes of transfer, you should contact live chat support with your bank transfer receipt or e-wallet transaction reference for manual processing.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section. rjs88 targets same-day processing for the majority of withdrawal requests received before the daily processing cut-off time (displayed in your account in WIB / UTC+7). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. rjs88 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion where verification has not yet been conducted.
• rjs88 may withhold withdrawal processing if suspicious activity, potential fraud, or breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Deposits made by bank transfer must originate from a bank account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the sending institution.
• rjs88 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider, including inter-bank clearing times or e-wallet verification holds.

rjs88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and to the general bonus terms set out in this clause.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all rjs88 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are displayed at the time of claiming the offer.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and virtual sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms. Sabung ayam (cockfighting) wagers contribute at the rate specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be met. Bonus credits and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not yet been met, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is limited to the amount specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will be voided.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players should claim and complete one bonus before claiming another.

rjs88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, collusion between accounts, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploitation of any technical error in bonus crediting.

All bets and game rounds placed on rjs88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, game, or event as published within the platform. In cases of discrepancy between a general rule and a sport- or game-specific rule, the specific rule takes precedence. The following general principles apply across all rjs88 Services:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not valid until you have received a confirmation reference number from the rjs88 system. Bets that fail to receive a confirmation due to connection loss, system error, or insufficient account balance are void.
• Odds and Prices: All odds offered on the rjs88 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment the bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. rjs88 does not guarantee that any odds displayed will remain available for any period of time.
• Palpable Errors: rjs88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted in error due to a manifest technical or human error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Players who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors will be subject to account review.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without being replayed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sports rules, bets on that event will be void and stakes returned to the Player's account balance.
• Live Casino and Slot Results: The outcomes of all live casino games and slot games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by rjs88's licensed game studio partners. rjs88 has no ability to influence game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, the round is void and stakes are returned.
• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding a bet, game result, or account transaction must be raised with rjs88 support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rjs88 platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or rjs88 employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or intimidates rjs88 support staff or other platform users.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or on behalf of a person located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

All content published on the rjs88 platform, including but not limited to the rjs88 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, interface layout, written content, game assets, software, and any proprietary data structures, are the exclusive intellectual property of rjs88 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rjs88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any rjs88 content without prior written authorisation; create derivative works based on rjs88's proprietary content; use rjs88's trademarks or brand elements in any external publication, advertisement, or social media post without explicit written permission; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the rjs88 platform.

Any unauthorised use of rjs88 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

rjs88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at rjs88.bio/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Losses resulting from betting outcomes, game results, or any other wagering activity, whether or not influenced by a technical error.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance periods, connectivity issues, or any other interruption to the availability of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet operators.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the platform that contains an error.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. rjs88's total aggregate liability to any Player in any calendar year, in respect of any and all claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their rjs88 account during that calendar year.

You may close your rjs88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus credits and void winnings) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

rjs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A Player has failed to satisfy eligibility requirements or has provided false registration information.
• A Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• rjs88 is required to do so by law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable financial, legal, or reputational risk to rjs88.

Where an account is closed by rjs88 for breach of these Terms and Conditions, all balances — including real-money funds derived from breaching activity — may be forfeited. Any decision to forfeit funds will be communicated to the Player in writing.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the terms of rjs88's international operating licence.

rjs88 acknowledges that it serves players in Indonesia and is committed to operating in a manner consistent with the expectations of Indonesian consumer protection principles. However, rjs88 does not represent that its services are legal under Indonesian domestic law and expressly disclaims any responsibility for the legal status of online gambling in the Player's jurisdiction. rjs88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
